Client Service Representatives are responsible for servicing national advertising agencies, advertisers and media clients, providing product training, and for receiving client requests for assistance. Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting online client trainings on Simmons products and services.
Answering questions about findings, methodology, and other related questions concerning Simmons products, policies and procedures.
Performing a variety of activities to ensure customer satisfaction including interpreting findings, addressing product quality concerns and responding to general inquiries.
Provides assistance to customers in the use of Simmons products. Receives requests for user assistance, identifies the source of the problem, determines appropriate course of action and coaches the user through the resolution process.
May be responsible for identifying potential up-sell opportunities of ancillary services and additional syndicated services through the course of conversing with customers and understanding their business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of two years job-related work experience
Industry experience (syndicated research, media outlet or advertising agency) strongly preferred
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Advanced written communication skills
Strong PC skills including entire suite of Microsoft Office products
